Introducing the playbook
Most brands can’t justify hiring a Chief Communications Officer. And most don’t need one.
Coach Communications is here to help. Think of it as hiring a CCO on a short-term basis.
Coach Communications will utilise over 20 years of strategic communications experience to quickly assess your situation and objectives and translate these into a communications playbook.
The playbook will consider:
- People – your structure, team capability and engagement, development and recruitment requirements
- Process and technology – how are you planning and delivering communications, and how connected is it to your business objectives? Importantly, what suppliers and agencies are you using and what is the return on that investment?
- Plan – is there a communications strategy in place, and if so, is it designed to deliver measurable value to the most important metrics? How are your resources being utilised and how are you measuring success?
Making you self-sufficient
A unique selling point about Coach Communications is that there is no desire for a retainer or additional costs after the playbook is delivered. You pay for strategic business insight in a one-off project, and then use your existing team – or hire appropriate resources – to deliver the changes needed.
Of course, implementation help or check-ins can be supported, but the main focus for Coach Communications is getting brands into a position of understanding and self-sufficiency.
Being self sufficient means:
- An understanding of what is important, and how to deliver it
- An engaged team who are aligned in direction
- Not paying senior leaders to deliver tactical communications work
- An understanding of the metrics you need to measure and how to do so
